Wholesale ordering FAQ

Do you sell wholesale?

Yes. AILUKE supplies restaurants, hotels, catering companies, distributors, retailers and private-label buyers.

What is the minimum order quantity?

Order quantities are flexible and confirmed according to the selected SKUs, customization and overall order plan.

Can you add our logo?

Yes. Laser logo customization is available at the same product price as the plain item. Please provide the logo artwork and preferred position for confirmation.

Can you make custom packaging?

Yes. Custom color boxes are available from approximately 2,000 pieces. Packaging cost is quoted separately after the artwork, box structure and specifications are confirmed.

Are website prices the final wholesale prices?

A final wholesale quotation is prepared according to the selected SKUs, quantities, customization, packaging and delivery destination.

What information is needed for a quotation?

Please send the product SKUs, quantities, destination country and postal code, logo artwork and packaging requirements.

Can we order samples?

Sample availability and applicable terms are confirmed according to the selected SKUs.

What material is used?

Our current featured snowflake gray brushed collection uses 304 stainless steel. Material and specifications are confirmed by SKU in the quotation.

Can you ship to the United States?

Yes. Depending on order volume, destination and urgency, courier, air freight or sea freight may be proposed.

How is lead time confirmed?

Production and shipping lead times are confirmed after quantities, customization, packaging and destination are finalized.
