Shipping is quoted according to the delivery destination, order volume, carton data, packaging requirements and delivery urgency.

Available shipping options

Depending on the order, destination and schedule, courier, air freight or sea freight may be proposed. The recommended method and cost are confirmed in the quotation.

Lead time

Production and shipping lead times are confirmed after the selected SKUs, quantities, customization, packaging and destination are finalized. We do not use a fixed delivery promise for every order.

Duties and taxes

Import duties, taxes and customs charges are not included unless they are specifically stated in the quotation.

• Destination country, city and postal code
• Product SKUs and quantities
• Logo and packaging requirements
• Preferred delivery schedule or shipping method, if applicable
