Shipping policy
Last updated: July 27, 2026
This Shipping Policy applies to orders supplied by AILUKE Stainless Tableware through ailuketableware.com, an approved quotation, or a pro forma invoice. We primarily serve business customers and ship samples and bulk stainless-steel tableware internationally. The shipping terms stated in an accepted quotation, invoice, purchase order, or written sales agreement take priority if they differ from this policy.
Shipping quotations
Shipping charges are calculated according to product quantity, packed weight and volume, destination, delivery method, Incoterm, insurance, and current carrier rates. Unless a quotation expressly states that freight is included, product prices do not include freight, insurance, import duties, taxes, customs clearance, destination handling, storage, or other destination charges.
Freight rates and carrier space can change. A shipping quotation is valid only for the period stated and may be adjusted before shipment if the final packed quantity, weight, volume, destination, delivery requirement, or carrier rate changes.
Production and dispatch lead time
Production lead time is separate from transit time. The estimated production schedule begins after we receive all required payment, product specifications, artwork, packaging details, and sample approvals. Customization, private-label packaging, testing, inspection, large quantities, peak seasons, public holidays, or requested changes may extend the schedule.
Estimated dispatch and delivery dates are provided in good faith but are not guaranteed unless expressly confirmed in writing. We will notify you of material changes that we become aware of.
Shipping methods
Depending on the order and destination, available methods may include international express courier, air freight, sea freight, rail freight, truck delivery, or shipment to the customer's nominated freight forwarder. We will use the method stated in the accepted quotation or shipping instruction.
Samples and small orders are commonly sent by express courier. Bulk orders are commonly shipped by sea, air, or a customer-nominated forwarder. Split shipments require agreement and may result in additional freight and handling charges.
Delivery terms, title, and risk
The applicable Incoterm or delivery term will be stated in the quotation or invoice. Responsibility for freight, insurance, export and import formalities, transfer of risk, and destination charges follows that agreed term. If no Incoterm is stated, we will confirm responsibilities in writing before dispatch.
Title to goods may remain with the selling entity identified on the invoice until all amounts due for the order have been paid, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
Shipping address and delivery information
The customer is responsible for providing a complete and accurate consignee name, company name, street address, postal code, telephone number, email address, tax or importer number, and any other information required by the carrier or customs authority. We are not responsible for delay, loss, return, storage, or additional charges caused by inaccurate or incomplete information.
Address changes after booking or dispatch may not be possible and may incur additional charges. Please send any change request immediately to sales@ailuketableware.com.
Customs, duties, and import compliance
Unless the agreed delivery term expressly provides otherwise, the customer is the importer of record and is responsible for import permits, customs clearance, duties, tariffs, taxes, brokerage, inspections, product registration, labeling, and destination-country compliance. Customs authorities may inspect or delay a shipment. Such delays and government charges are outside our control.
Shipping documents and tracking
We provide commercially reasonable shipping documents according to the agreed order and delivery method, which may include a commercial invoice, packing list, bill of lading, airway bill, courier tracking number, certificate of origin, or other agreed documents. Additional certification, legalization, testing, or documentation may require extra time and cost.
Tracking information will be shared when available. Some freight services provide milestone updates rather than continuous tracking.
Inspection, damage, shortage, or loss
Please inspect cartons and goods promptly upon delivery. Note visible carton damage, shortages, or tampering on the carrier's delivery record before signing where possible. Keep all products, cartons, labels, pallets, and packing materials.
Visible shipping damage, shortages, or incorrect items must be reported to sales@ailuketableware.com within 7 calendar days of delivery. Include the order or invoice number, quantities affected, and clear photos or video of the goods, internal packaging, outer cartons, shipping labels, and delivery condition. Carrier claim deadlines can be short, so late or incomplete reports may limit available remedies.
For shipments arranged by the customer or the customer's forwarder, claims after transfer of risk must generally be made directly with that carrier or insurer. For shipments arranged by us under a term where we retain the relevant risk, we will assist with the carrier claim and provide a reasonable remedy for a verified claim in accordance with our Return and Refund Policy.
Delays and events outside our control
We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, ports, weather, natural disasters, labor disruption, congestion, equipment shortage, security checks, government action, sanctions, epidemics, public holidays, incorrect customer information, or other events beyond our reasonable control. We will make reasonable efforts to communicate known delays and help identify practical alternatives.
Failed delivery, refusal, and storage
If delivery cannot be completed because the consignee is unavailable, refuses the shipment, fails to provide clearance information, or does not pay destination charges, the carrier may assess redelivery, storage, return, disposal, or other fees. Unless the failure was caused by our verified error, these costs are the customer's responsibility.
